Percent Complete Pie Chart

I was able to generate a report that grouped projects by percent (see below). Would it be possible to create a Pie Chart (or bar graph) that reflects the below?

Hi Eric - 

Within the Report builder (Report Actions -> Edit) you should see an option to add a Chart (top menu right below the report name) from there you can setup a Pie or Bar Chart.

The issue is not being able to group by Percent Breakdown as it's not showing up as an option.

I think if your "percent breakdown" isn't a calculated field, it won't be possible to set it up as a pie chart.
