So I created a custom view on Adobe Workfront for the project level (I have admin access) and shared it with my co-workers ( planner/worker access). I was able to edit each column but they cannot edit or click on the columns at all. Does this issue have something to do with the access level?

Are you saying the aren't able to edit the view or edit the data in the columns you've added to their view?
