Question
One of my users is just reciving overdue notifications emails
Hi! I hope someone can help me.
I'm a sys admin in our Workfront eviroment and one of my users is not reciving any emails from notifications@my.workfront.com, only overdue notifications.
No reports, approvals, or any other kind.
Also, this user can't click on the "send now" button of reports, and if the user is in a repited delivery for reports with other users, only this specific user is not receiving it.
