NWE - Top Navigation Bar?

Hi - wondering if i have missed something - we recently migrated over to NWE and the top navigation bar is very small compared to other areas of NWE. Any idea if we can access that and enlarge it? I have users complaining about the size. I did look in layout templates and did not see any access to that specifically - zoom in the browser doesn't really hit the mark as it increases the size of the entire view. Thanks
