The current ability in WF is very limited to controlling rates for specific time periods.
We need the ability to manages all types of rates & roles for specific time periods. I wish I could vote more than once! We really need this as the current workaround (which isn't easy) has taken me over a week of my time to log those previous year's costs so they aren't lost for reporting purposes.
