Need VOTES!! User Costs by Roles/Rates with specific time periods

Hey Community, I am posting an Idea I put on the exchange that is sitting around 20 votes. I was hoping to get some more so we can get WF to look at this ability. Thank you, The current ability in WF is very limited to controlling rates for specific time periods. We need the ability to manages all types of rates & roles for specific time periods. I wish I could vote more than once! We really need this as the current workaround (which isn't easy) has taken me over a week of my time to log those previous year's costs so they aren't lost for reporting purposes.
