Job Title?

Hi All, Looking for some insights from the Workfront hivemind. My current job title is no longer relevant to what I actually do and I don't know what might be a better fit since this has been a topic of discussion between me and my superiors. I am currently the "Senior Traffic Manager" for a couple of agencies that operate under a common umbrella company but thanks to Workfront, "traffic" as a role has ceased to exist. I am the main System Admin for our instance across the entire organization and I am working to revamp and align our processes across the board. I don't want my title to solely focus on my admin role in Workfront, but much more on operational excellence in general. I'm open to any suggestions. Thanks! We (myself and Anthony Imgrund) are in a similar position/role as yourself. Our department name is "Business Technologies" which is attempting to highlight the Business/Operations side as well as Technology that we support. Our job titles are along the PMO/PM type (under the Business Technologies dept name), but perhaps you could suggest something like "Operations Manager" or "Business Technologies Manager" or something along those lines? In this realm, a "Solutions Architect" would be the person who designs/reengineers business processes and then architects them into a tool. Alternately, "Service Operations" is also something I see in this space within the management consultancies. Congrats to you! Sarah

I'm also looking for information on this. My current title is Marketing Traffic Coordinator, however for the last 4+ months I've been exclusively working on Workfront implementation. I'm thinking of a title along the lines of "Marketing System Implementation Specialist" or " Marketing System Integration Specialist" although I feel like there may be something more accurate out there. I would suggest something without Implementation as part of the title, as your implementation should be complete at some point. We have a Marketing Traffic Coordinator who handles all our resourcing, capacity, and the vast amount of reporting that goes along with that. My title as admin is Marketing Systems Specialist.

I'm still working on the title, gotten some good ideas here and elsewhere (like LinkedIn). My supervisor and I are trying a new tactic on cracking this nut- we've developed a full job description of my current duties (and what we want my duties to encompass going forward, since we're tasked with addressing Operations across our entire company). Once that job description is set, we'll address the tile, enlisting the help of our recruitment/HR team. Anthony Pernice Healthcare Consultancy Group
