Issue with User Locale Settings in Workfront

We are experiencing a persistent issue with Workfront where the date format has changed to the US format, and the currency setting has switched to GBP instead of the pound symbol(£). Despite multiple attempts to amend the User Locale settings to English (UK), the settings do not save and keep reverting back to English (United States).

 

Has anyone else encountered this issue or have any suggestions for resolving it?

If you're sure all things in WF are correct, have the user check their BROWSER settings they use WF in for language/locale.
