ISSUE : Double scroll and automatic moving page

Avatar

Since beginning of November, there are double scroll which is cumbersome. There is one scroll for dashboard and then one for the window. It prevents seeing all of the projects in one view and have to scroll. Before, if you wanted to see all, you just needed to use the window scroll for the entire list. Attached screenshot for example. There double scroll are constantly moving themselves and page is going up itself so we can't click on tasks !

My colleagues have the same issue, it's not a physical issue from mouse or keyboard.
Any way this can be fixed please ?

Although it seems we shouldn't have to (and didn't use to have to) have our browser's zoom set to 100% in order for WF to display reports/lists properly without auto scrolling upward on its own, it seems we do now.

I've already worked with support who said something changed and now it has to be at 100% zoom or when you scroll down to the bottom, it automatically and on its own starts scrolling upward making it difficult to review the data.

Potential bugs can't be fixed through this channel, if you're experiencing something you think if off, it is best to submit a Support ticket for them to look into it.

If this helped you, please mark correct to help others : )

It isn't a bug...

Hello Denise,

Thanks a lot from my colleagues and me, you're right !
If we are using our browser's zoom set to 100% or more, it's OK, if we set it under 100% it's auto-scrolling.

Have a good day.
