Is there ever a way to submit a request to your instance of workfront without logging into workfront?

I think it depends if you want the request in Workfront... if its in a project (and if you use Google mail) I believe you can use the Google integration and create it directly from your emails. - I'm not sure about a Microsoft integration as we haven't looked into that.
