Is there a way to see the last time custom data was entered into a custom field?

We are working through a massive 5,000 field clean-up. I am hoping to find a report or a query that will be able to show me the last time data was entered into a custom field. I need some way to weed through the masses to start this clean-up.

Determining the last time a custom parameter was entered is one of several business rules included in our Health Checker solution, which -- with 5,000 fields to clean up -- I invite you give some serious consideration, particularly:

Custom Forms

-- 1001 No objects ever use this Custom Form (Deadwood)

-- 1002 Few objects ever use this Custom Form (Rust)

-- 1003 This custom form has not been used after Cutoff (Rust)

Parameters (Fields)

-- 1004 No objects ever use these Parameters on Custom forms (Deadwood)

-- 1005 Few objects ever use this Parameter (Rust)

-- 1006 This Parameter has not been used after Cutoff (Rust)
