Is there a way to run a report of all reports that filter on project status? For example, I need to know which reports pull projects in by status = XXX. We are looking to add a custom status for projects but want to know which reports need to be updated.

I don't believe so. The only thing I can suggest is this link and download the report to maybe excel so you can do a word search for that status.
