Is there a way to export the list of fields in a Custom form?

Currently, I am just creating a project/issues/task report with all the custom fields I want from the form. As my forms and field list is small in this scenario, I was able to pull the report in few mins.

But this is not ideal to pull a 100s fields from multiple forms.

Is there a type of report existing in Workfront to pull the lists all of the fields on a Custom Form?

Never mind just found an old solution which was marked correct, I will give this a try.
