I have set up an Asana project for all Support Cases to give my team more transparency. I can copy/paste my list of Support cases from the list supplied, but none of the links copy and we have a lot. Is there a better way to export that list to capture both the info and the direct link to the tickets themselves?
I know this is not a request that fits in well, but I imagine someone else has had to do something like this. Thank you!
Can you contact Support and just have them send you the export to start with? this would get you past the hurdle of having to copy everything up to today. After this, I'm afraid you would just have to grab the link to each case as you create it.
