Is there a way to create global default settings for Manager users in Workfront Proof?

Is there a way to create global default settings for Manager users in Workfront Proof? When a new user's profile is automatically generated in WF Proof, I want their time zone, date format, user details, and default email alert settings to automatically be set to certain settings. Currently, I have to manually update these fields for every new WF Proof user. For example, in the User Settings, the country automatically defaults to United Kingdom, but I want it to automatically default to United States. I'm not sure why it shows United Kingdom, because our company Account Settings is set to United States.
