We've got someone joining our team in a few weeks. She's got extensive Workfront experience but was hoping to participate in some training as a refresher before she starts. Is it possible to provide Help Portal and Training access but not access to projects in Workfront?
Hi Chris. I think so: I'd suggest you set her up in Workfront, but (for now) give her restricted Access Levels and/or a dummy Home Group to prevent her from accessing Projects (etc.) until she's fully on-boarded.
