The voting is a bit kludgy and it's to the left of the IDEA presented. You'll need to increment it up. Also, if you want to follow something, click the Follow link.
This is a great start to driving the product enhancements. Personally, the reporting module needs help. Color choices are #2 and that was our Exec teams biggest complaint. "Show us a Green status bar with a blue line!"
