Hi All - scenario is this:
We have many different departments utilizing Workfront, working with cross-functional groups. I want resource managers to see all of their team members tasks in reports and in Workload Balancer. However, if the resource manager isn't shared the project, those tasks are not showing up on the reports/WB.
The easiest way to give resource managers a full view of projects is to grant them view access to every Portfolio where their team may be involved on projects. However, that is going to also create a lot of noise for the resource managers, and some departments may not want to share their full portfolios so broadly.
Is there a simpler way to give resource managers the information they need on their team members?
