I\'m looking to create a document that defines and describes all the settings in my client\'s Workfront instance. Was wondering how others approached this documentation task.

For example, I'd like to show all the options for Project preferences.... what was default, what was selected and why. This would be similar to a design document, system specifications admin playbook etc... Has anyone had any experience doing this besides just creating a series of reports? I've seen people use Powerpoint, Word and other docs, but was wondering if the "bones" of the document can be exported from (or linked to) a live instance in some way...

This is such a daunting item, I'm curious at the answers other have as well. Permissions are so complex, and the results of overlaps so odd, I wouldn't know where to begin.

I mean, I see the need, but…wow.
