Creating Projects Via Fusion with AEM Native Connector Folders

We are setting up the AEM Native Integration in Workfront, but are having trouble getting it working with our specific use case. Our target is to have AEM linked folders automatically created upon project creation where the project would be created by one of our Fusion scripts. The folders are set on the project template.

We have successfully set up and tested the AEM native integration in Workfront. Our Fusion service account has been granted access to AEM. When we manually log into Workfront as the service account and create a new project, linked folders are successfully created automatically.

The issue is that when our Fusion script performs the exact same action (creating a project as the service account), no linked folders are created.

Vic,

to have AEM-related folder trees created at project-creation time via Fusion, you must use the AEM Assets connector module in Fusion and supply in the "Project (Advanced Collection)" field a JSON including "aemNativeFolderTreeIDs":[...] along with the Template ID.  If those folder-tree IDs are missing or incorrect, Fusion will create the Workfront project but not trigger the AEM linked-folder workflow - so no folders get made in AEM.

Thank you so much, really appreciate it - going to give this a try!

Vic, one other item to check just making sure your service account does have write perms within AEM so it can create the folders.
