How to view the "Inaccessible work items" inside the Workload Balancer report?

Recently I used the Workload Balancer report on Workfront to view a few hours and noticed that one of the team members has a few hours planned for something listed as "Inaccessible work items". It is listed as an item on a project that I have full access to except this task.

Is there a way to find out what these inaccessible work items are or who is created these?

    Hi @Mrunmayi Gulge‚

    It is quite surprising that Workfront has decided to remove "Resource Scheduling" next year. But many functionality still missing in Workload Balancer. And many functionality will miss out, no idea how these will be updated.
