How to sort by Groupings Total

Hi.

I am looking for a way to sort the groupings within a report by the aggregated subtotals. Example: if a report is looking at the number of at-risk tasks by individual, how could I sort the report to bring the individual with the most at-risks task to the top of the report?

It will always sort by the Label and not the data. Also on a report data is also grouped by the Page. Only in the chart does it aggregate all data.
