how to prevent requestor to delete docs？

There is requirement coming form our customer, they do not want requestor have the ability to delete docs that uploaded to the project/issue/request. we do not want to change it in 'Acccess levels' because it will effect the other group. so does anyone know the other method to set the authority to prevent requestor to delete docs, they only can upload the docs but can not delete it.

You can limit the access inside the project for request queue. When you are sharing this project to team or group or company, then access can be switch off.

checking out document also will prevent deletion, but it may be required that it is being done by admin if you don't want users to check in docs on their own.
