We are completely new to Workfront and I would like to get clarified on few things which I'd listed out below;
1) When a request Intake form is submitted, the request will be automatically considered as a "Issue" and that request show under the requests submitted UI. Will it also be shown under the "Issues" list of the project? & when we don't have a project, where this request will be shown?
2) When a request Intake form is submitted, the request will be automatically considered as a "Issue" and that "Issue" can be converted to only one task or multiple tasks?
3) If a request (issue) got converted in to task, will it be linked or mapped to the particular issue? where it originated from?
4) Also, if i want to create a multiple tasks from an Issue (originally request), how will it be possible?
5) How & where can we define the mandatory & optional fields that user needs to be filled when submitting the Request Intake form
