Hi: There is no way to grant manage access to everyone on a project team after the issue has been created. My first thought is to create a team definition in setup, put everyone on the project team on that team, and then share the issue and assign manage permission to the team. You could edit the project so that anytime someone is added to an issue, they are automatically given Manage permissions to the issue. Edit the project and scroll down to Settings: [cid:image001.jpg@01D1B11F.DF79D0A0] Then, assign every issue to the project team (that team definition you created above). Everyone on that list should get Manage permissions to the issue. That is something that might give everyone in that team Manage access to all issues as they are created. Can everyone in your instance of WorkFront have Manage permission to the issues? Do you want ONLY those on the project team to have Manage permission to the issues? Thanks, Eric
