How can I make a group for proof users

Hi Pat,

You can create a group of users in Workfront proof, so that this group can be added to approvals / approval stages.

To create a group of Proof users follow these steps:

(1) Go to Workfront Proof

(2) Click on Groups in the left hand panel

(3) Click on '+ New Group'

(4) A new pop up will appear where you can give the group a name, description, and specify the people and their proof roles that should belong to this group

(5) Click Create

Now this group will be available to add to your proofing stages moving forwards. Please see this article on WF One for more info
