How can I create a report where task #2 is complete but task #3 is not? So I can create a list of the #3's that need completing?

Hi @Kendra Roberts‚ ,

Is this a task report? Have you tried the filter Task > Can Start >> True ? We use this filter so that our users know which task is ready for them to start working.
