Hours over budget showing in RED

Hi There: I've created a Task report that shows planned hours minus actual hours in a calculated field I have named Hours Remaining. I want to add some conditional formatting to the report so that all negative values (where actual hours is greater than planned hours) in that field are highlighted in RED. Anyone know the text mode for a revised view in the report that would show that?

@Bill Gattinger If you have created a calculated field to capture this number, you will want to go ahead and add this field as a column to your Task Report. Click on the column header and then select Advanced Options in the top left. Add a column rule for this column so you can apply conditional formatting (highlighting). In your case, you will want it to look like the following: Task > Hours Remaining > Less Than > 0 Choose red as your background color then click, Add Rule. You can now save and close your report and for every row that has a negative number in the Hours Remaining column, it should be highlighted red. You will want to follow the same format of steps detailed in the article, Using Conditional Formatting in Views . If you have any questions, let me know! Nichole Vargas Workfront
