Home Workspace does not show as designed

Hello,

 

I have built a layout template and assigned it to a couple users. However, the "Home Workspace" does not show as designed for the assigned template. I am a system administrator so the layout template I apply should override and take priority. I even changed the individual user's layout template to the template I created yet the home workspace still does not match. This seems to be an issue with the "Home Workspace" as all other objects have updated. Is this an ongoing issue with the new Home Workspace, has this been fixed yet?

I haven't had any issues in my instance. I would recommend putting in a support ticket to have Adobe look at your particular scenario. If it's a bug then they can fix it there.

Hi Aaron,
I ran into something similar with layout templates not updating on the Home Workspace — sometimes it helps to reset the workspace cache manually or reassign the user role temporarily and then revert. That usually forces a UI refresh.
