Hey all, we want to share examples of how we use Agile here at Workfront. The group of moderators and coaches that support this very Agile Conversation community is using a Kanban board to manage and deliver value to you!
We are a cross-functional team from very different groups across Workfront - Product, UX, Solution Architects, Marketing Strategy & Ops, etc. We have a weekly virtual "standup"/check-in that we run inside of Workfront. We groom the backlog together by discussing what the most urgent needs/questions are from you. We keep all of the topic ideas right in the backlog (not in a word doc or something like that ).
We then pull only one or two into "In progress". Then we move it to an "Open" column to make sure we go back and look for posts that have been commented on, and make sure we respond to you.
We hold retrospectives on our own process and the value of the Agile Conversation community. And then we make new cards for any actions that we identify to improve. For example, we know that we want to look into membership of this group and which topics generate the most interest - so that we can continue to focus on what you want.
What do your team interactions look like? How do you communicate progress and value? Share with us!
