Have a user who can't move tasks

He's got system admin access (I'm at project manager level) but he can't move tasks around inside a project (for one particular project at least) while I can. And he used to be able to do so. We've checked on various browsers (Chrome and Firefox). Any ideas as to what's up? He's checking in with the help desk but I thought I'd post here too, in case others have seen this happen.
