I'm looking to create a report or somehow get a signoff from the customer that the project has been completed and accepted to their satisfaction. Anyone have a template that works well for this?
If you have the collaboration package (meaning you can allow external users into your system), you could setup an approval path. When status is changed to Complete, so-and-so needs to approve it to say it is officially complete.
We aren't doing that, but it is just a thought.
