Hey there!
Does anyone know any text mode to get links to documents inside of a project level report?
Even better, if you can put logic in to look at folders based on name?
Thanks!

What are you trying to achieve? Show a report of all projects in e.g. a program/portfolio and show all documents (links) that are within that project? Like a full list (links) of documents?

I am trying to see a subset of projects for a group (so could span multiple portfolios), and then the documents within each of those projects. For this example, we have certain projects that fit a criteria (custom fields), and we have deliverables in folders with the work Final in it. I have the text mode to only pull in assets in those folders I just cannot get the links in the report.
I have my fusion expert working on a fusion scenario for this, but wanted to see if there was something out of box.

If the text mode is already pulling document ID's for example, you can try to use CONCAT to create the link manually - that should work and the link should be clickable in the report? Can you share the text mode so that we can take a look?

@TimothyBr Just checking in! Were you able to get this resolved? If you found your own solution, sharing the details would be a big help to others who might face the same issue later on. And if one of the replies here helped, whether it fully solved the problem or simply pointed you in the right direction, marking it as accepted makes it much easier for future readers to find. Thanks again for helping close the loop and contributing to the community!

Hello,
We leveraged Fusion. What we did was take all links to assets in specific folders and put them into a text custom field.
