I just changed my email address in Workfront, however my Federation ID still uses my old address. How can I change this?

Hi Barbara - You will need to work with your system administrator to get your Workfront credentials changed. I would suggest reaching out to whoever manages your system internally at your company.

Hi Kellie,
When a user's federated ID changes, is there a best practice for this change when using SSO login? Does Workfront allow an admin user's federated ID to be changed in their user profile as long as the federated ID has been changed in the company's SSO group? Other systems I've managed, required the new federated ID be attached to a new user account and the old federated ID account deactivated. Thanks.
