Export Form with Images/PDFs

Dear All,

I’m currently working on a solution to digitize our product specifications, which are presently managed offline using custom forms. So far, I’m confident that most of the requirements can be met, with one exception: handling assets (images) associated with each specification.

I’m wondering if there’s a way to include images directly into the form so that they are displayed when the form is exported to PDF. For storage purpose I can use either WF or OneDrive.

One workaround I’m thinking of (since normal image/PDF fields won’t work because the users will have to update it on the form) is to add a text field or lookup that contains a direct download link to the image.
