Unable to remove Custom Form from Projects or Project Templates

Hi all,

I feel a bit silly asking this as I've been working with forms for a while, but I can't seem to remove custom forms from either individual projects or project templates.

I've tried removing them from both the Edit Project/Edit Template interface and the Project Details page, and while I have the 'x' next to the form name, nothing happens when trying to remove it.

Note: these are projects/templates that I created and own, and they only have one form attached.

Am I doing something wrong, or is it time to enter a support ticket?

I think it's time to enter a support ticket. Deleting a form is a very intuitive process -- you already found the X (I assume you also got a popup when you clicked the X?) and when you're editing a template or project you literally cannot get away without saving. 

The only other thing you might check (if you didn't get a popup) is trying to do it in a different browser or think about whether you have a rogue extension, or cache and cookies issue. But that's all I can think of.
