Enhancement Request: Expand Global Request Bar

On the Global Request Bar - there is "open" and "complete". I would like to be able to add more tabs that correspond to the status of the requests. If I have requests in "on hold" I want to be able to move them to that tab and not see them in the "open" tab view.... etc ... I do not want all my requests in the open tab - I want to be able to parse them out. Thank you. Anyone else would like this feature. Jump in and help me. (smile)

Well, you can Sort by status, which may help, but I don't know how you can add tabs or change the records that show on the current tabs. However, another option would be to create a report and display exactly what you want.

Thanks Greg, but I really want to customize my tabs...that is the best method for us as a team....

Hi Benetta, You should be able to do this using Layout Templates, as follows: Create a report which shows one category of requests (e.g. a certain status) Create a dashboard which includes the above report. Edit the Layout Template and choose Requests, then 'Add Custom Tab'. Search for the Dashboard you created in Step 2. You can repeat the above process for each category of requests you want. That way you can have the tabs of the different statuses across your screen. Regards, David
