I've loaded a document to a project and when I click on Preview, the document downloads instead of showing me a preview on the screen. Is there a setting I need at adjust to make Preview work?

I think that's how preview works. If you could convert the file to a Workfront Proof, you'd get a more seamless experience.
Otherwise to alleviate, you might play around with your browser settings. Searches like this might help you out.

That is how Preview works if the document was not set up as a proof; It will automatically download the file to your system. I suggest converting it into a proof.

Hmmm... maybe I don't have the right solution for the need. What I'm doing is saving my meeting Minutes as a Document on the project and then updating the version as new Minutes are captured from new meetings. It's not the best experience for everyone to have to download the document to read the Minutes. Any suggestions for best ways to use WF with Minutes?
