Do You Use Project Sponsors?

Hello!

I would love to hear how your team uses Project Sponsors.

Background: I project manage for an in-house marketing team. Wondering if this could be a solution for us to automate project requesters to get updates about a project without me having to remember to loop them in on any major changes (i.e. tasks get added to a project from someone else after they've submitted the request).

Thanks!

Hi @Halie_Baer - That's exactly how I've used it in the past. Project Sponsor is requester so they get updates, can pull reports easier. Then the Project Owner is the person actually managing the tasks and day-to-day.
