Date Field Formatting in Report Exports

Hi there - I'm trying to do an hours report for all of November and December (i.e. a LOT of data), including the date of hour entry. However, every time I export to excel (we need to keep a local copy), the date field turns into a series of numbers instead of a date (e.g. 43770 equates to November 1). Hi Laura I think that is just Excel – it stores dates and times in a number format, where the part after the decimal point represents the time. If you convert the column in Excel to Date format the expected date should appear and be retained Hope that helps Regards Bob
