Custom form kickstarter issue with User data

Hi, I am trying to import data for a custom field in the profiles of our users via a kickstarter and, no matter what I do, keep getting the "Your file is correct, but nothing was imported" error. Can anyone help? Thank you. Christopher Lobus iProspect

With a user kickstart, you can only add new users, you can't update existing ones. Adina Pierce Cisco

Hi Chris, Like Adina said; but our "http://store.atappstore.com/product/excel-updater/">Excel Updater solution can do updates on existing users (and Projects, Tasks, Issues, etc.) Alternatively, if there's not too much data, you could also create a Workfront list view and quickly bulk update/edit the data manually. Just two cents on this one. I have often created a report with a view of the user and the new fields to toggle through. My maximum patience with this approach was about 5 hours of clicking. I have used the Excel Updater for large batches of updates. Unless I have nothing else to do, the Excel Updater is the chosen path for me in the future. Doug Williams
