I have created an issue request form and I am trying to generate a report from the form. Two of my fields do not pull the data into the report and the columns are blank even though I have checked there is data in the system.
Both are new fields which I created for this form and there are other fields of the same type in the form which do pull the data, one field is a text field and the other is a radio button. There are other fields of both types in form and the data does pull into report. Any advice?

I did solve it but it was not any of these suggestions. There was a slightly different name in the fields saved on the form than was showing on the form, so I searched for the other name in the view and report and the data does appear now. Thanks for checking in - I was using the label when should have been using the name.
I would start by verifying you are pulling the fields from the correct object type in the column picker.
Sometimes, when fields are on forms that can be used on multiple objects, the fields will appear in the report builder under those different object types. Example - For this task report, if I want to include 'Color' as a column, I need to ensure I select the 'TASK Color' and not the 'PROJECT Color', or vice versa.
Hi Kellie
They are both correct - its an issue report and both fields come from the issue.

Is the report being looked at by or run with the rights of another user who doesn't have access to the issues in question?
Hi Kellie - no I set up the form and the report and I have admin rights and I am running the report to test out the information I can get from the form....

@FionaAd just checking in! Were you able to get this resolved? If one of the replies above helped—whether it completely solved the issue or simply pointed you in the right direction—marking it as accepted can make it much easier for others with the same question to find a solution. And if you found a different way to fix it, sharing your approach would be a great contribution to the community.
