Custom bill rates by user, per project

Hi WF Community,

Does anyone know if it's possible to have custom bill rates, per user, per project?

I know this can be done at the role level, but not sure if it can be done at the user level, per project.

For example:

• Sally Sample has a bill rate of $190/hr on Project A, as an Account Manager (role)
• Sally Sample has a bill rate of $210/hr on Project C, as an Account Manager (role)
• Sally Sample has a bill rate of $185 on Project F, as an Account Manager (role)
