Save time by not only centralizing your work intake, but by surfacing relevant requests to key stakeholders like your traffic managers, request queue owners or even the teams or users that requests route to!

Here are a few helpful dashboard ideas that can increase visibility and make life easier for your team:

- For your Requestors, create a dashboard that has a report that lists the progress of their active requests and another report that shows their recently completed requests for easy referencing.

- For your Traffic Managers, Request Queue Owners or Teams/Individuals that requests come to, create a dashboard with 3 reports for a specific queue or queue topic: one showing new requests, one showing in progress requests and another showing recently completed requests. (Filter the report for multiple queues and group by Project Name to easily navigate the requests!)

- Don't forget a dashboard for the System Administrator! If you haven't already, consider creating a Workfront Support request queue. Create a dashboard that highlights new, in progress and recently completed requests with all of the data the System Administrator needs to quickly take action or reference key data of Workfront related requests!
