Creating Custom Forms and Issue Objects

Hello. I've noticed that if I create a custom form and associate it as a document, then the custom form doesn't show up on the drop down list for custom forms when creating a queue. Is this by design? Brad Smith

yes. To get it onto a queue, you would have to copy and convert the copy to associate it with an issue. -skye
