Create Issues at Program Level

I'd like to be able to create issues at the Program Level that impact the whole program and not individual projects. Is there a way to do that? I need to be able to by Tuesday. Thanks!

Hi Jennifer, Not really. However, you could create a dedicated project just for Issues within that Program and then publish a request queue from it so is it is accessible easily. Regards, David
