I think we'll need more details, but are you looking for a bar chart that one bar has the number of completed tasks, and then several bars next to it that has the total tasks by attribute? Would there be any overlap? (Meaning, would some of the tasks that are completed also be counted under the total tasks by attribute? Can a task have more than one attribute?
