In the past we have used the copy issue function to copy a closed issue which goes through fusion to create a new project. It looks like this functionality has changed and doesn't go through our fusion flow because it already has a resolving project. It adds the new issue to the closed project.
The copy and submit as new feature works as long as they can locate the issue on the my submitted requests list. However, we need an easier way if they have to look through all submitted requests as there are several hundred thousand and it only filters per page. If they search the issue and open it, there is no option to copy and submit as new.
Has anyone found a workaround for this. I thought maybe accessing from a report, but it doesn't allow copy and submit as new from there either.
