I need to edit many reports in multiple dashboards so they run with the access rights of a system admin, so managers can see all projects even if they aren't shared the project... do I need to go individually into every report or is there a quicker way to do this?? Many thanks!!

I don't know of a faster way as this setting isn't available in bulk. IMO, this would be kind of a dangerous thing to allow bulk editing with.

That being said, reports have rights independent of the dashboards they appear on. So you can add a "runAsUser:name" column to any reports report and see what the Run As permissions are. Then change each accordingly.

displayname=Run As User

linkedname=runAsUser

namekey=view.relatedcolumn

namekeyargkey.0=runAsUser

namekeyargkey.1=name

querysort=runAsUser:name

valuefield=runAsUser:name

valueformat=HTML

Thanks for sharing this @Randy Roberts‚ , If you allow me I would like to add one more info.

It is alo possible to add this function from filter inside report. To make more specific. Just for info. @Olivia Miasik‚ .
