Copy someone in to a new case on the new experience sits

Hi All, When opening a ticket with support on the old site you used to be able to add people in via email addresses: Is this functionality not available on the new support site? If so I'm unable to see it. We found this super useful as we have myself and 1 other person as our main admins. Being able to copy the other system admin in to my ticket meant they would get the notification for the update on a ticket when I am out of office and they don't have to manually check them. Also when needing to copy in our CSM to a ticket it was much easier to do it this way. Thanks in advance! Vicky Fitzgerald Telegraph Media Group Limited
